Cancellation Policy

At Summity Cleaning Services, we strive to provide the best cleaning solutions tailored to your needs. We understand that schedules can change, and flexibility is crucial. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our clients and service professionals. Please review the following terms regarding appointment cancellations:

Cancellation Notice Period

  • 24 Hours or More Notice: If you cancel your scheduled cleaning service more than 24 hours before the appointed time, there will be no cancellation fee. We appreciate your early notice as it helps us manage our schedule and serve all our clients efficiently.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost. This fee compensates our team for the reserved time and lost opportunity to serve other clients.
  • Within 5 Hours of Service Time: If the service is canceled within 5 hours of the scheduled time, the total cost of the cleaning service will be charged. This policy is in place due to the significant impact last-minute cancellations have on our operations and the inability to reallocate resources on such short notice.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a genuine emergency that requires immediate cancellation, please contact us directly to discuss the matter. We will review each case individually and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Refunds

Any refunds due will be processed using the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Amendments to Bookings

If you need to change the date or time of your service, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and may be made without penalty more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to the cancellation policy.
